
Malcolm started QT Event Management in 2007 after working as a PCO in his home town of Edinburgh. He believes that Queenstown is one of the top places in the world to host a conference or incentive trip and is always looking for new ways to impress our new and repeat clients.

Originally from the UK, Vicky has lived and worked in Queenstown since May 2004. For the first 7 years in Queenstown Vicky was employed by local activity operator Real Journeys as Special Functions Manager and was responsible for all sales and operations for the conference and incentive market. As such she has an in-depth knowledge of Queenstown and enjoys well-established relationships with all C&I operatives in Queenstown. She also has an intricate knowledge of the C&I market in New Zealand and as such is responsible for marketing and operations at QT Event Management.

Meron started QT Events with Malcolm back in 2007 and has been integral to the success of the company. Meron divides her time between QT Events, her catering business and 2 year old Ollie. When QT Events has a group in town Meron takes on the ownership for managing the food and beverage side of events.

Vicky works part-time for QT Events. Her theatricality, sense of fun and ability to order people around in the nicest possible way makes her particularly adept at running our team building events. Vicky throws herself into all challenges and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty in order to lead by example. Vicky's down-to-earth Scottish way make her a favourite with clients.

This burley lad has been helping out at QT Events since the early days turning his hand to any challenge that might arise. . Steven is responsible for creating floor plan drawings in both 2D & 3D for any proposed conference. He will also be found at most events behind the scenes generally lifting and shifting as required.

Kim joined the team as Graphic Designer at QT Events in 2010. Originally from the North of Scotland, after gaining her degree in Design at Edinburgh, Kim worked in London before relocating to New Zealand in 2009. With a fresh outlook on design, Kim is responsible for managing the QT Event and Venue websites and designs the format for all proposals. For each client she develops unique concepts to match client vision enabling her to create unique event websites, invitations, conference programme booklets and banners and signage.
