Our team at QT Event Management have been involved in conferences for over 15 years, and as organisers and attendees to these events we have discovered what works and what doesn’t. Malcolm is the Founder and Managing Director of QT Event Management and has spent more than 25 years bringing people together through events. Malcolm has a passion for creating memorable experiences that connect people and showcase destinations, whether it’s an intimate leadership retreat or a 4,000-person outdoor event. With a balance of creativity and practical know-how, he takes pride in delivering events that feel seamless, personal, and inspiring.

Kirsten is the Business Development Manager, bringing over 10 years of experience turning ideas into unforgettable moments. She has a diverse background spanning major community events and festivals, corporate grand openings, incentive programs across the Hawaiian islands, and signature weddings, believing  that every event, big or small, should leave a lasting impression.
Kirsten Brenner
Meron leads the creative side of QT Event Management, bringing a unique blend of culinary artistry, floral design, and a natural eye for detail to every project. With a background as both a chef and florist, Meron excels in creating atmospheres that are as beautiful as they are memorable. Meron’s creativity transforms spaces into experiences, helping clients and guests feel inspired, welcomed, and connected.
