GETTING TO KNOW YOU

We start by understanding your association, your members and what success looks like for your conference. We’ll meet with your committee, review previous events and establish the objectives, budget and level of support you need.

BUILDING THE CONFERENCE

Together, we turn those objectives into a detailed plan. We’ll establish timelines and budgets and bring together the venue, programme, registrations, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, suppliers and social events.

WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR COMMITTEE

We become an extension of your team throughout the planning process, keeping everyone informed, managing deadlines and taking responsibility for the day-to-day detail while key decisions remain with your association.
